My lessons last approximately one hour. Lesson time is for breaking down difficult concepts and topics. I ease students into some practice questions and the beauty of tutoring is that it is done at the perfect pace for each student, there is no pressure and support is always at hand.

A great tutor should ensure their students are becoming independent learners. I always provide practice sheets for my students after each lesson. I will also provide links to helpful revision resources and occasionally make custom exercise sheets for my students.

I am aware that school can feel like too much work to manage at times, for students. Homework is set with no pressure and I work with students if they say they are struggling to keep up with their existing homework.

If you are a parent keen to support your child in the best way possible, you will always be kept up to date. You will receive detailed progress updates after every lesson including what went well, what needs more work, and any zero pressure homework set.
